Her mom lives in New York City and Jessica loves to travel to visit her and the vibrancy of NYC as often as she can. Growing up, one of his favorite hobbies was working on cars with his dad, so he figured it’d only make sense to make a career out of it! Hire Date 07/07/2025 – Ramzi is a native Austinite who enjoys spending his free time outdoors or immersed in something creative. He loves hiking, playing guitar, trying out new recipes, and catching live music whenever he can. His favorite band is Led Zeppelin, with Bob Dylan coming in as a close second. Ramzi has done quite a bit of traveling over the years, but one dream trip still on his list is exploring the beauty of Montana. When it comes to movies, The Lord of the Rings trilogy easily takes the top spot.
Hire Date 02/06/2024 – Outside of work, Angel enjoys skateboarding and has recently gotten into bouldering in the climbing gyms around Austin. He also loves playing video games, and while he’s currently playing a lot of Fortnite on the Xbox One, his favorite game is probably Left 4 Dead on the Xbox 360. Angel’s favorite trip was going to the beach in Galveston with his friends and visiting the pier. He hopes to one day visit Mexico to see the family he has there, and also Italy for its historical culture. Angel currently has two blue heelers, Max and Enano. He has also had a bunny named Paco and a snake named Buddy!
Hire Date 02/03/2023 – Emma was born and raised in Denton, Texas with her two siblings and moved to San Marcos after high school to attend Texas State University. When she’s not working, Emma enjoys spending time with her golden retriever, Charlie (aka her BFF!). Charlie loves doing everything with Emma like soaking up the sunshine, going on walks, going out to eat, and taking a trip to Starbucks every Saturday for a “pup cup”. Emma also enjoys exploring new parks and trails in Austin, spending a night in the city with her friends, trying new restaurants, and attending as many events as she can at the Moody Center. Emma’s favorite meal is lasagna, especially her mom’s homemade recipe, and her favorite restaurant is Bar Peached because she can enjoy both pork buns and fries. Emma grew up listening to The Chicks and they are her favorite band of all time. She even got to see them perform at ACL Music Festival in 2022! FUN FACT: Emma grew up dancing and playing the violin. While she doesn’t do as much dancing anymore, she can still play some beautiful tunes on the violin!

Hire Date 4/6/2015 – Ana graduated from Johnson and Wales University with a Bachelor in Food Service Management, she later transitioned to the Automotive industry in 2015 when she was looking for change and growth. Ana believes in treating people the way you want to be treated and uses her positive attitude and sparkly energy to give clients a world class experience. Ana is bilingual in English and Spanish and is currently teaching her children to be bilingual as well. Ana’s greatest pride was the birth of her first child in July 2016 and the arrival of her twins in December 2018! Two of her favorite Holidays are Halloween and Christmas. Who doesn’t love dressing up in cool costumes and decorating! Every year Ana makes sure she does not miss the trail of lights held in December in Austin, TX. FUN FACT: During a private dinner in Kittery, Maine, Ana served former President, George W Bush. As she poured the wine, she was nervous and overfilled the glasses, but he was so kind that he just laughed.

Hire Date 04/03/2024 – Josh is originally from Corvallis, Oregon where he worked as a Toyota and Subaru technician for his entire career before relocating to Austin Subaru. He’s now been in the industry for 8 years and counting after joining it by chance. What started as a random selection of the T-Ten program in a college catalog after being offered a scholarship to his local community college turned into a passion for helping people and fixing cars. Josh joined Austin Subaru after attending the Subaru National Technician Competition in 2023, representing one of thirteen districts across America. While he did not win the national competition, he ended up being recruited by Austin Subaru out of it. He found that he and Austin Subaru had a shared passion for trying to change the auto industry for the better. Josh truly believes that Austin Subaru is the best dealer in the nation and is honored to bring his talents and passion here to make the industry not only better for the customers, but the technicians and employees. Hire Date 1/4/2022 – Brandon is from Smithville, TX. After living part of his life in Round Rock, Brandon decided he missed his country roots and decided to move back. Away from work, Brandon enjoys working on cars, riding four wheelers, and fishing out of the creek that runs through his property. Brandon is a family man who prefers to spend as much time with his family as possible. He especially looks forward to spending every Sunday together for good food, laid-back fun, and great people. Also included in the family are three charming pitbulls! One day in the near future, Brandon would like to start a business.

In her free time, she enjoys riding motorcycles and relaxing with video games like Apex Legends and Animal Crossing. Music is always part of the mix too, with Mac Miller being one of her favorite artists. At home, Becca has a full crew of pets—including her dog Bazzi and two cats, Opal and Aang.

Outside of work, Uriel enjoys relaxing with a husky mix named Zeus, who loves curling up nearby for movies and sports. A big soccer fan, Uriel dreams of traveling to cities like Madrid, London, and Munich to watch his favorite teams play live. Hire Date 02/20/2023 – Rita was born in Dallas, Texas, and raised in Carrollton, Texas. She always had her eyes set on building a career in the automotive industry and she is excited about this opportunity with CAG! She has been doing photography for 6 years, and in her free time, she enjoys taking pictures for her small photography business. This includes family pictures, portraits, and even car photography. Rita enjoys taking photos of any occasion and building cars with her dad. Her very first car was a 1988 Toyota MK3 Supra that she was able to build and restore with her dad’s help, and he also taught her how to drive a manual. When it comes to food, Rita enjoys trying out new places to eat! She loves sushi, but nothing beats a home-cooked meal by the best cook in the world – her mom. Rita’s favorite place to travel to is southern Oklahoma, and she enjoys visiting their state parks and going on hikes among the pine trees. Rita also loves hitting up the small towns and finding all of the hidden gems they have to offer.

When he’s not working, you can find Caleb hiking, meditating, indulging in photography, creating digital content, and gaming (Team Fortress 2 on the PC is his top pick!). Of all the restaurants in Austin, Caleb’s go-to place to get a bite to eat would have to be Terry Black’s! One day, he would love to travel to Switzerland to experience the European architecture and beautiful landscapes. While Caleb’s favorite musical artist is Burial, his favorite song is “Cloud of Unknowing” by Gorillaz feat. Bobby Womack and Sinfonia Viva. His favorite things to do in the city include taking in the scenery, enjoying the diversity and the foods, hanging out with his family, fishing at the lakes, ponds/creeks, and attending live music events. Alex is also very into the car scene and he enjoys spending some of his free time out skateboarding on the streets and skateparks. Someday, when he retires, Alex plans to travel to many countries in Europe, Japan, and Korea. He’s intrigued by the land and cityscapes, and ample historical events tied to the areas, and can’t wait to experience the cultures first-hand. Plus, he can’t wait to try the food!
Hire Date 4/13/2026 – Originally from Rochester, NY, Jason brings a lot of energy and some classic Upstate New York spirit to the team. A die-hard Buffalo Bills fan, he’s even taken part in the legendary tradition of jumping through a table—Go Bills! When he’s not cheering on his team, Jason stays active playing pickleball and hitting the gym, or he’s relaxing by binge-watching a good TV series. He’s also on a personal mission to find the best chicken wings in the world. Jason is a big fan of the Rocky series (specifically movies 1 through 4, though he’ll pass on the 5th one) and has a major case of the travel bug. Having already visited Tokyo, his dream is to head back and explore the rest of Japan to take in more of the amazing culture and food.
Hire Date: 07/01/2025 – Hana is an avid crocheter and reader with a deep love for mythology, fiction, and all things fantasy. When she’s not diving into books, you can probably catch her listening to one of her favorite bands—Paramore, Talking Heads, or Knuckle Puck. Hana’s creative spirit is also reflected in her taste in film, with Scott Pilgrim vs. The World topping her list, closely followed by American Psycho. If she could invite anyone to dinner, she would invite either David Byrne, David Bowie, or David Lynch. Perhaps just a dinner full of Davids! She has a cat named Ninkasi (though she goes by Norgie), whom she rescued from a drain pipe at a brewery—proof that Hana’s life is as full of stories as the ones she reads.
Hire Date 6/1/2009 – Jacki was born and raised in El Paso, TX. Looking for more adventure and opportunities, she officially began calling Austin home in 2004. Jacki now has 3 sons who keep her life very interesting and extremely busy, but she wouldn’t have it any other way! In their spare time, they like to hang out with their “giant” Chihuahua mix, Marley (another boy), going to the greenbelt, hitting up music festivals, farmers markets, and exploring all that Austin has to offer. He loves Austin for its delicious restaurants, especially those involving sushi; he could eat sushi every day of his life! When he’s not busy working, Matthew enjoys spending time with his Maine Coon cat and unwinding with some Xbox or PC games (Skyrim is his top pick). In the future, he hopes to visit Germany so he can drive on the infamous Nürburgring.
Hire Date 4/28/2026 – Joanna grew up just outside of Houston and is a proud University of Houston alum. After spending 14 years in her first career as a graphic designer and website developer, she decided it was time to trade the computer screen for something more “AI-proof” and hands-on, leading her to her second career here with us! While she’s used to the warm, unpredictable Texas weather, she’s still holding out hope that Austin might eventually dial back the humidity.
When she isn’t at work, Joanna is a major gamer. Though she grew up on the Super Nintendo and admits she never quite got the hang of 3D gaming, she currently loves rocking titles like Hollow Knight, Hades, and Balatro. She has a soft spot for unconventional pets and reptiles—having previously owned a red-eared slider named Roadkill—and plans to get a turtle of her own once she settles into a new place. Joanna is also dreaming of a return trip to Japan; her family went when she was a baby, and she’s ready to make some actual memories involving pandas, incredible architecture, and tasting every flavor of Kit Kat available!

Hire Date 6/28/1993 – Jennifer was born in Little Rock, Arkansas, but it wasn’t long until she moved to the great state of Texas! She moved to the Austin area her freshman year of high school in her glory days where she was an undercover basketball star. She now resides in Pflugerville, Texas with her husband Keith, daughter Briana, son Keanu and her two interesting cats. In her spare time, she likes to cook and spend time with family. She also likes daydreaming about John Travolta, and one day meeting John Bon Jovi. She loves Italian food and hopes to one day travel to Italy. Her favorite aisle at the grocery store is the produce section and she has a love for chili peppers. Her favorite time of year is Autumn. Although Jennifer and her kids attended the same high school, they still think she’s the coolest mom ever. Aside from her curly red hair and an unmistakable laugh, she has other great assets that contribute to making CAG the company it is today.
Hire Date 03/04/2024 – Keith is originally from Tucson, AZ but moved to Texas in 1990 after graduating high school and has been here ever since! His favorite musician is the local blues guitarist Monte Montgomery. For Keith, the automotive industry runs in the blood. There are many mechanics in his family and he’s been in the industry for over 30 years! If he could invite anyone to dinner, he’d invite Elvis because Keith has many questions he needs answered. Keith also has one black cat named Rose Royce, who he found and rescued from a car wash trench.
Hire Date 5/2/2022 – Before moving to Austin, Joseph spent his whole life living in Hawaii and California. While he is new to the area, he is very excited to be in Texas for this next chapter of his life! In his spare time, Joseph enjoys all outdoor activities, discovering and trying new restaurants, going to the movies, and traveling to new places with his longtime girlfriend and their two Pomeranians, Grizzly and Milo! One day, Joseph would love to visit Portugal because he is half Portuguese and is very interested in seeing where his grandparents immigrated from. Hire Date 7/8/2019 – Sherry was born in Houston and later spent 21 years out in Big Spring, the “Crossroads of West Texas”. For nearly 30 years she’s been doing title work and accounting. When she’s not working, Sherry likes to spend time with her family, which includes 3 kids, all married, and 7 grandkids. She also likes to play mind games, like puzzles and word puzzles, and watch sports–especially if it’s the Astros, Cowboys, or pro golfers, Tiger and Jason Day. Sherry is also a huge animal person. She currently has Ellie, a Cavachon (a mix of Cavalier King Charles spaniel and Bichon frise). Sherry suspects that Ellie may have more spaniel in her mix, as she’s an extremely playful and energetic little dog!

Her leadership is grounded in a deep understanding of operations, brand development, and customer experience. As CMO, she oversees all aspects of marketing strategy, digital engagement, and brand positioning across the organization. Suzette is passionate about building strong teams, driving growth, and delivering meaningful impact across all channels.
She is married with two children and, as a fun fact, can solve a Rubik’s Cube in under two minutes.
Hire Date 02/11/2025 – Theresa has lived all over Southern California, but Anaheim is her hometown where her immediate family has lived since 1964. She has a total of 11 pets at home – two guardian breed dogs named Honey and Lily (both rescued), a cat named Tigger, two tortoises named Hilda and Toot, and six chickens named “yard birds” who provide Theresa’s family with fresh eggs! When it comes to music, Theresa has been a Buddy Holly fan since she was a child. She’ll tell you Elvis was cute, but Buddy was smart! Theresa’s hero is her great-grandmother, an amazing woman who was a registered nurse during the Spanish flu and remained a nurse until the early 1970s. FUN FACT: Theresa did a lot of rollerskating as a kid, so when she came to Austin and learned about flat-track roller derby, she decided to give it a shot. She spent 5 years with the Texas Rollergirls and Rockin’ City Rollergirls, and while she’s no longer in the league, she still has a love for skating!
Hire Date 11/24/2025 – Britnney was born in Los Angeles but moved to San Antonio when she was just one year old, so she proudly considers herself San Antonio-raised. She’s an avid animal lover and adores her dog, Luna, who stayed with her family in San Antonio when she moved to Austin. In her free time, Britnney enjoys thrifting, trying new restaurants around Austin, and staying active at the gym. A lifelong fan of soccer, Britnney roots for Arsenal in the Premier League, and she and her boyfriend never miss an opportunity to watch the game at The Tavern. Their dream is to go to one of the games in London one day! FUN FACT: Soccer has always been a big part of Britnney’s life. She played throughout her youth and even played at the Division 1 level at the University of Texas at San Antonio. As another fun fact, Britnney recently became an auntie to her nephew, Cassian, adding another joy to her life!

She has been working with vehicle titles since 2013 and may have gotten into the field by luck, but she can say that she truly loves what she does! Jennifer loves watching movies, listening to 80s rock music while cooking, going out for a good Chinese food buffet, and planning a dream vacation to Hawaii – she can’t wait to work on a really good tan! Her favorite movie is The Labyrinth, favorite song is Still Loving You by Scorpions, and her top band picks are Scorpions, Journey, and Stevie Nicks. Jennifer’s hero is her grandmother. She is the one that everyone goes to for everything and she never judges, but will always tell you the truth. Jennifer loves the way she always finds a way to make those around her feel better, whether it’s emotionally or physically. Hire Date 10/24/2011 – Steve Carter was born in Kings Lynn, United Kingdom and describes himself as an Army brat. Steve moved to Austin in 1979 from Baltimore for music and his dream came true! In his spare time, he enjoys playing music and being with his wife, Mary, and two kids, Graham and Mina. If he could meet anyone, dead or alive, that person would be Julius Caesar. If he was on a deserted island the five albums he would have for entertainment would be: “Pet Sounds” by The Beach Boys, “The Band” by The Band, “Sergeant Pepper’s Lonely Hearts Club Band” by The Beatles, Frank Sinatra “Live,” and his solo CD. Steve is described as funny, caring, and compassionate. He’s met Bob Marley and has played music with Willie Nelson, Merle Haggard, Stevie Ray Vaughn, J.J. Cale, and Leon Russell, among many others. Steve is proud of having integrity, being sober, and becoming a respected musician.

Alyssa is also a passionate sports fan who proudly roots for the Houston Texans and the Houston Astros. Movies are a passion of Jacob’s, and he says The Grand Budapest Hotel is an amazing movie. Wes Anderson is one of his favorite directors and, fun fact, he went to UT Austin! If Jacob could travel anywhere, he would go to New Zealand because the landscape is so unique and he would love to experience it in person. Italian food is Jacob’s cuisine of choice, and he recommends North Italia for their delicious pesto chicken pasta!

Hire Date 6/14/2021 – Shelby is from Austintown, Ohio. She feels at home being apart of the Austin Subaru family thanks to her loves of her Subaru BRZ and all things Japan! You can find her attending car meets in her customized BRZ and playing video games like Destiny, COD, and Pokémon games across her preferred gaming consoles: Xbox Series X and Nintendo Switch. In 2021, Shelby and her brother were able to attend one of the coolest car shows out there, Slammedenuff Gatlinburg in Tennessee, which featured countless fantastically modded vehicles. One day, Shelby plans to travel to Japan during the cherry blossom season to experience the scenery during that time of year, as well as getting to take in some of the culture that she admires first hand. She’s passionate about many things that originated in Japan, so she’s looking forward to visiting a lot of places that are related to her interests, and that are only in Japan! FUN FACT: Shelby also has a leopard gecko named Navi, and back in Ohio, she has a sweet husky named Kodiak.

He grew up in a small town in Guerrero, Mexico, and has lived in Austin for more than 20 years with his wife and three children. Jose’s favorite vacation was when he and his family went to Disney World. Jose enjoys going to church on Sunday, playing volleyball and soccer, and watching the Mexican national team games.

When it comes to hobbies, Garrison really enjoys hunting, fishing, hiking, and working out at the gym. Hire Date 4/12/2021 – Nio is from Houston, and he is a big fan of the energy and the weather in Austin. He’s looking forward to doing whatever he can to help clients make their dreams a reality. Anytime he’s not working, Nio is likely writing and creating music for his artist persona, Nio Sevens. He’s conquered a lot internally over the span of 2020 and is thankful to be able to see himself as his own hero these days. Nio never tires of eating meals like mac & cheese and salmon, listening to Kendrick Lamar, and playing Apex Legends on PS4. He wants to travel to Seattle one day, and believes that the ’08 Phoenix Suns were the best of the best when it comes down to sports teams. Overall, energy is everything to Nio, and he always wants to give out energy at the same level of what he expects in return–reciprocity is mandatory in life.
Hire Date 6/29/1992 – Debbie was born and raised in Texas, and came to Austin in 1984. Debbie has been in the car business since 85′ and is grateful to have been with CAG since 92′. She loves getting to travel around and visit her son, who is a Master Sergeant in the US Airforce. He has been stationed in Germany, Italy, Hawaii, Guam, and Korea, so she has had some great trips while visiting him! Debbie enjoys all of the time she gets to spend with her 5 grandkids, and has very happy memories of getting to watch her oldest grandson play baseball and watch him and his teammates grow up together. The one thing she is looking forward to more than anything, even more than her own retirement, is the retirement of her son from the Airforce, so that he can move back home.
Hire Date 03/12/2024 – In Michael’s free time, he enjoys spending time outdoors with family. Some of the things they like doing together are hiking, camping, overlanding, fishing, and hunting. On top of that, Michael loves to travel. The best trip he’s been on was to Oaxaca, Mexico with his wife and friends. They had a great time eating the local cuisine, exploring historical sites, shopping in lively markets, and meeting wonderful people. He’s looking forward to going back soon! Another place he and his wife love going is Napa, CA to explore the local wine. They find something new everytime they go. When it comes to sports, Michael is a huge Formula 1 fan. He’s been cheering on the Ferrari team for over 30 years! At home, Michael has two pets: a cat named Felipe and a labradoodle named Dermo.

His love for travel has taken him across Eastern Europe and Central America, including a memorable backpacking trip through Berlin, Amsterdam, Vienna, and Budapest. Of all the places he’s visited, Mexico City stands out as his favorite. When he’s not exploring new destinations, Calvin enjoys unwinding at home with his cat named Cheebu.

When he’s not working, Chris enjoys spending time in the pool with his daughter, Kalliope, his wife, Karina, and their dog, Bella. The best vacation Chris has been on was to Roatán, Honduras, where he and his wife got married. They got to fire a pirate cannon together! When it comes to sports, Chris roots for the Dallas Cowboys. His favorite thing about Austin is how much cheaper it is than San Diego while still having all the same things! For fun, Henry likes golfing, fishing, and devoting time to his girlfriend. On occasion, he’ll mix in a little bit of sports betting. His team of choice is the Boston Red Sox. Hire Date 3/29/2021 – In Justin’s free time, he enjoys hiking and fishing. He would love to visit Wyoming with his friends in the future because he’s heard it’s beautiful. Justin says his hero is his father, because he has always been there for Justin, helped him achieve his goals, and never given up on him.

His favorite place to get a meal in Austin is hands-down, Sway, a Thai restaurant that should definitely be on your list to check out if you haven’t tried it yet. Most of the traveling that Jonathan’s done has been to see family, however he really enjoyed a trip to Colorado Springs where he vacationed for the sake of taking a vacation. One day, he hopes to add Los Angeles and New York to the list, with the main motivation being art – per movies and museums! Hire Date 3/25/2019 – Yoli was born in Georgetown and raised in Round Rock. She loves spending her time hiking, camping, being outdoors, cooking and baking. She’s quite the foodie, and even has her own foodie bucket list of all the restaurants that she wants to try. Yoli and her husband, Miguel, enjoy cuddling up with the family and watching movies at home, trying new foods together, joy riding in their “la fea” ’97 Subaru Impreza 2.5, and doing anything that gets their adrenaline up! In fact, Yoli has a fear of the water, but she also really loves to canoe and kayak! She and her husband are both car enthusiasts, especially Subaru lovers, and they own 5 cars–4 Subarus, and 1 odd-man-out American make. She’s always been interested in cars and says that the older, more simple cars with quaint interiors hold a special place in her heart. Some of Yoli’s biggest passions in life are budgeting and crunching numbers to save for her dream home, doing her best to make sure that her family is a zero food waste household, and producing the least amount of trash-waste possible by recycling as much as they possibly can. Hire Date 1/27/2025 – Liza was born in Lorain, OH, but moved around a lot growing up. She moved to Florida in 1994 and was in the Central Florida area until she moved to Austin in November 2024. Her favorite thing about Austin so far is all the music festivals that happen throughout the year. She loves that it’s a brand new city for her to explore! When she’s not working, Liza enjoys taking her dogs on walks, spending time with her husband, doing yoga, and cooking. Hire Date 02/23/2026 – Sarah is a longtime gamer who plays primarily on PC and has been dedicated to Counter-Strike for over a decade. She’s a huge fan of Pride and Prejudice (2005)—so much so that she even has a tattoo inspired by it—and loves unwinding with her favorite meal: sushi (with a go-to spot in Cedar Park). Originally from California, she also spent time living in Pennsylvania and Maine before making her way to Texas. At home, she’s accompanied by her cat, Daja, who’s an excellent travel buddy and even flew to Europe and back with her.
Hire Date 4/8/2020 – Kai is originally from Hong Kong, China, but has lived here the longest! Having been around Austin since the mid 90s, he’s proud to know his way around the city. Kai loves Subarus and personally owns a WRX, so making the jump to the automotive world was a breeze. When he’s not working, Kai enjoys playing FPS and flight simulator games on his computer, trekking around the courses to play disc golf, listening to EDM music, getting Pho and other soup/noodle dishes around town, and hanging out with buddies from his Subaru club & doing “car things” together. During his junior year of high school, Kai and his family vacationed in the Caribbean via cruise from Miami, and next, he hopes to visit the breathtaking scenery of the mountains in Europe. Kai is inspired by the first man to fly faster than the speed of sound: Chuck Yeager, and his dream job from childhood was to become a fighter pilot. He’s still quite the military aviation fanatic! At home, Kai has a black cat named Ebony. FUN FACT: Kay is also well versed in computers and IT!
Hire Date 12/7/2020 – Aline (ah-leen-E) was born in Boston and raised in Austin. This is her first time in the automotive industry, and she’s happy to be learning and having first-hand experience with automotive filmmaking. Outside work, Aline enjoys hanging out with family and friends, singing at karaoke nights, being outdoors, traveling, and playing with Lylla, her Rottweiler puppy mix whom she adopted from APA! Aline’s favorite meal is the chicken pesto from North Italia, and speaking of food – Italy is one place at the top of her travel list thanks to the divine dishes available there. Second on her travel list is Greece, to live out her Mamma Mia fantasies! Around Austin, Aline’s favorite thing is the people. She loves that everyone here has a true love for Austin and keeps it weird. Her greatest inspiration is her brother, Lucas! Lucas stepped up when he was 18 years old and Aline was just 7. He was working at a tire & auto store while going to art school when he realized that he liked working on cars for a living more than doing art for other people. When he’s not at work, he enjoys hanging out with his wife, watching movies, or going on hikes. He also enjoys building and racing cars with his friends – he even builds and races rotary engines! Hire Date 07/22/2024 – Yolanda was born and raised in Houston, TX and she moved to Austin to be with her fiance. She’s excited to officially become an Austinite! Yolanda previously worked in the automotive industry for 10 years, and since she’s naturally a people-person, she loved being around customers. When she moved to Austin and saw the opportunity to get back into the industry here at CAG, she couldn’t pass it up! Yolanda has a passion for travel, and her all-time favorite vacation was a solo trip to Puerto Rico. Traveling alone allowed her to make her own schedule, make new friends, and learn a lot about herself! She says Puerto Rico is a truly magical place. In the future, Yolanda would love to visit Switzerland, because it looks beautiful and she’s heard great things about the country! If Yolanda could invite anyone to dinner, she would invite her grandpa. He passed away when she was little, but the memories she has with him were wonderful. Hire Date 3/23/2026 – Isaiah has spent most of his life in the Rio Grande Valley, growing up in the Harlingen area. Outside of work, he enjoys spending quality time with his kid, especially watching them play and run around. He’s a big soccer fan, proudly supporting Austin FC and Barcelona. When it’s time to relax, his go-to movie is Interstellar. At home, Isaiah stays busy with his two puppies—a mini poodle named Eevee and a Goldendoodle named Sumi.
Hire Date 11/24/2025 – Luis was born and raised in Austin, Texas, and has a true passion for cars. In his free time, he enjoys fishing with friends and spending time outdoors. The best trip Luis has taken was to Sarasota, Florida, where he attended an event called FLAK. At home, he’s kept company by his cat, Boots. A fun fact about Luis is that his love for cars runs deep and fuels both his interests and career.
Hire Date 4/22/2026 – Abel was born in San Antonio, but he spent most of his life growing up in Detroit, Michigan. With 10 years of experience in the automotive industry, he’s done it all—from working on assembly lines and in manufacturing facilities to custom fabrication and welding. He credits his parents, Deborah and Abel III, as his heroes; they taught him everything he knows about cars, from how to get one running perfectly to handling the ones that are the exact opposite. On Sundays, you can usually find Abel out on the disc golf course or tinkering away on one of his project cars. He shares his home with two very differently sized pets: an 18-pound long-haired black cat named Sherlock and a 165-pound Great Pyrenees/Mastiff mix named Dr. Watson (or “Doc” for short).

Hire Date 2/1/1999 – Marco started at Mercedes-Benz of Austin in 1999. He is a very serious person who likes to keep to himself which has made him very good at his job. Once you get to know him though, he will reveal his humorous side and is constantly keeping the attitude upbeat. Marco was born in northern Mexico and still makes it back home when he can. He loves reading, watching futbol (soccer), and can often be heard saying his favorite catch-phrase, “Hecho en Mexico.”
Hire Date 8/17/2020 – Myra is from McAllen, Texas. She has been in the automotive world for nearly ten years and started off working at the DMV. Anytime she’s not working, you can find Myra painting, listening to music, cheering for the Dallas Cowboys, spending time outdoors, planning her dream vacation to Hawaii/or any island, and hanging out with her fiancé and their dogs–3 chihuahuas and 1 pitbull. (Myra also became the grandma to three chihuahua puppies in 2021!) Myra’s grandmother is her hero and she is thankful to have a very close relationship wit her. As of 2021, Myra is excited to welcome her first child soon and is looking forward to motherhood.

When it comes to music, her favorite bands are The Strokes, Vampire Weekend, and Grateful Dead. If she could invite anyone to dinner, Mary would choose Jake Longstreth, a talented painter, musician, and radio personality. At home, Mary has a rat terrier/Schnauzer mix named Charlie!

Hire Date 06/03/2024 – Ben was born and raised in Bastrop, TX and he moved to Austin in 2009. In his free time, Ben likes to go on long kayak/camping trips down his favorite Texas rivers. However, the best trip he’s been on was a Summer trip to Italy with his whole family, including his 4 year old daughter, to visit relatives in Sicily. Ben’s favorite thing about Austin is all the natural swimming holes around town. At home, he has one dog, a mini-aussie named Camper.
Hire Date 6/08/2026 – Vanessa moved from Victoria, Texas, to Austin in 2021 and has been busy exploring the city ever since. An adventurous soul, she loves staying active through yoga and hiking, trying out local food trucks, and even went skydiving recently (a thrill she highly recommends to everyone!). For entertainment, her favorite movie is Burlesque. At home, Vanessa cares for two beloved pets she adopted back in 2018: Ryder, a Husky mix, and Sunny, an orange tabby cat.
Hire Date 7/6/2015 – Chelsea is a breakfast loving lady from Childress, Texas. Seriously, anything breakfast related, and you’re good in her book! Chelsea has been in the automotive industry since 2015 and got her footings right here with Austin Subaru. Having previously worked in retail, she knew she wanted something fast paced and she’s continually grateful that she found and fell in love with CAG. When she’s not working, Chelsea loves to take her two rescue pups (Bandit a long haired Dachshund and Bear the Yorkie) out hiking, enjoying a good cup of tea while soaking up the sun, getting crafty, going fishing, and watching fishing shows like River Monsters and Deadliest Catch. If she could travel anywhere, she would like to visit the Cape Town area of South Africa. A sucker for great scenery, Chelsea’d love to explore all over from safaris to wine country to beautiful beaches. In Austin, Chelsea could rave about so many things, but her favorite has to be that even while the city is forever expanding, it still has an easy-going, small town vibe–plus, great coffee and food! Inspired most by her Marine-Medal-of-Honor grandpa–lovingly dubbed, Papaw Thomas–she’s taken one of his sayings to heart: “Don’t be anyone’s dancin’ chicken,” meaning to only make decisions that feel right and true to you. If she could have dinner with anyone, Chelsea would choose Nicole Lapin, her favorite author. All of Lapin’s books are about empowering women to take control of their life, wealth, and career. Chelsea also makes sure to catch her podcasts and will tell you that her energy and confidence is totally infectious! Chelsea is the embodiment of her favorite song: Here Comes the Sun by The Beatles. FUN FACT: Chelsea loves to stop and read all of the historical makers that she finds!
Hire Date 4/18/2022 – Lizet comes to us from Reno, Nevada, and she has been working in the automotive industry for the past 11 years! Her favorite thing about Austin, Texas would have to be the selection of good restaurants and live music scene. She loves doing anything outdoors, especially if a beautiful view is included, and her favorite style of cuisine would have to be Thai. When it comes to good music, Lizet’s favorite artists are undoubtedly Pink Floyd, The Doors, and Luke Combs. Lizet’s favorite vacation thus far was when she stayed in a treehouse in Tulum, Mexico, but she would one day love to visit Greece and Italy to experience the history and archaeology. When asked who her hero is, Lizet said her parents because of how hard-working, kind, and inspiring they are.

When she’s not working, she loves to read, do makeup, listen to horror podcasts while playing the Sims 4, and play video games like Zelda, Splatoon 2, and Pokémon. In Austin, she would recommend Kerbey Lane to anyone in the area and enjoys the paddleboarding and kayaking available near Zilker. Tiffani is always down to catch an alternative or hardcore rock music concert at Come and Take It Live. She’s also been out to Pennsylvania to visit family and ending up loving it there. Plus, she got to go hiking in part of the Appalachians! One day, Tiffani plans to go to Japan for the culture she loves that she’s seen through watching Japanese dramas and anime. Tiffani has five pets! Two dogs; Koda and Riley, and 3 cats; Sheba, Cinder, and Dexter.
Hire Date 4/28/2021 – Homar was born and raised here in Austin, TX. He loves that all of the BBQ he’s ever had here has been amazing. Outside of work, Homar enjoys working on cars, driving around, going to parks, and playing guitar – especially songs by Metallica. His favorite Subaru is easily the 2011 hatchback! One day, Homar would like to see the Roman Colosseum. At home, he likes having a chance to kick back with his pets: two cats, Goose & Butter, and his two dogs, Ripley & Lobo.

Hire Date 04/22/2025 – Meet Victor, originally from California and always up for a good drive. When he’s not working, you can usually find him out doing spirited driving just for the thrill of it. One of his favorite getaways so far has been Cancun—sun, sand, and good memories. A big fan of car culture, it’s no surprise his favorite movie is 2 Fast 2 Furious. And when it comes to music, nothing tops “It Was a Good Day” by Ice Cube.
Hire Date 2/13/1989 – Sheri has spent more than half her life at CAG, which means she’s basically a company antique—just without the dust and with way more personality. With over 30 years under her belt, she’s seen it all—company changes, new faces, and enough emails to last several lifetimes. When she’s not keeping the CAG crew in check, Sheri is wrangling her four outrageously spoiled pets—Austin, Lucy, Fred, and Ethel—who seem to think they run the house (they might not be wrong). Add in two daughters and five grandkids, and it’s a wonder she ever sits down! If she could be anywhere, it would be on a beach with her toes in the sand, but until then, she’ll settle for keeping everything running smoothly… and maybe sneaking in a quiet moment when the pets aren’t looking!
Hire Date 6/30/2021 – Laura is from California. She has three senior Chihuahuas: Lolly, Brigid, and Tuna (pictured). Laura moved to Austin on a whim in 2020 with her Chihuahuas and is ever grateful for that decision.
Hire Date 10/04/12 – Isaac was born in Greenbay, WI, and yes, he is a Packers fan and owner, as are his kids. He has lived in San Diego, Phoenix, Virginia, Philly, D.C., Delaware and Maryland. In the fall of 2004 he met the woman who would become his wife on a campaign trip to Beaumont, TX. After spending the summer of 2005 in Maryland, his wife could no longer stand to be away from the Great State of Texas. That fall, his family moved to her hometown of Beaumont with the intent of coming to Austin in a year for Isaac to pursue graduate studies at UT. Hurricane Rita upped that timetable and the family came to Austin in January 2006. Isaac found that, opposite of what he was told, public transportation here is pretty much non-existent, so he decided to look for work where the cars are. His family is everything to him and he feels blessed to have a wonderful wife, three beautiful children, two rescued dogs (Wubby and BO-C), three rescued cats (Piper, Odamae, and Scampi), and one rabbit who is black, but is named Gray Bunny. Isaac is the only non-native Texan in his family but did get here as soon as he could.

Hire Date 12/28/2007 – Ashley grew up in Austin and is currently taking classes at ACC. She wants to be a first-grade teacher and have a really big family (she loves kids). The beach is Ashley’s favorite place to vacation, but, even though she loves the water, she thinks that jet skiing is the scariest thing ever. Ashley has never been outside of Texas but would love to travel. Florida is the place that she would most like to visit, and she wants to be in two places at once.

When she has spare time, Jami enjoys painting and keeping up with the Iowa Hawkeyes, her all-time favorite sports team. Jami once vacationed in Montana and says it is the best place she has visited thus far; nothing beats Yellowstone and Glacier National Park! Hire Date 10/29/2018 – Ty was born and raised in the small town of Pittsburg, TX. He made his way to Austin to go to school at UT and ended up with a degree in Mathematics. In his free time, Ty enjoys playing basketball, watching movies, and hanging out with his wife, Jaclyn. One of their favorite things to do together is to take their dogs, Lewis the Anatolian Shepherd mix and Riley the Staffordshire Terrier mix, out to go paddling on the lake. Hire Date 2/17/2984 – Joy received her undergraduate degree from The University of Texas in 2005. After going on a leaf peeping cruise with her Grandmother Hardeman in the fall of 2005, Joy was hired by CAG and worked in various positions over the next 3 years. In 2012, Joy received her law degree from The University of Texas School of Law. After law school Joy spent 2 years in Washington DC and was rehired by CAG in 2016. Joy enjoys crossword puzzles, an occasional Peloton class, and selling cars to friends. Recently, Joy sold a Ram truck to a friend with the question, “Did you know we have a Ram dealership in Dallas?” Joy looks forward to playing doubles with her twin sister, Genny, on the local tennis circuit where they go by the name “The Twin Towers.” Joy’s brother Will wants her to be a race car driver. Joy and Will compete under the name “Air Hardeman.” Overall, it’s safe to call her the Joy of all trades.

These activities have made William B. more in tune with local environmental issues, and in his construction and development focus at the Continental Automotive Group, William B. brings with him a strong commitment to preserving Austin’s natural beauty. He is excited about the local expansion of the Subaru brand and thinks that it’s a perfect match for the people of Austin. William B. grew up in west Austin and graduated from the University of Texas at Austin.
Hire Date 4/1/2020 – Penelope is the brains behind the operation. With a sharp mind and a playful spirit, she’s always ready to tackle a challenge—whether it’s a tricky puzzle, a riveting book, or a fast-paced basketball game. Penelope is a true all-rounder, excelling at piano, gymnastics, tennis, swimming, and more, all while filling the house with her infectious laughter. She is a loving older sister to her baby sister Primrose and the two are thick as thieves. Penelope also loves to unleash her artistic talents, often sketching masterpieces in her dad’s office or forging new friendships in the Honda Lily Pad playroom.
Hire Date 4/29/22 – As a dedicated younger sister, Primrose enjoys doing whatever her two older sisters are doing. Whatever they’re up to—whether it’s dancing, drawing, swimming, or flipping through gymnastics class—Primrose is right there, giving it her all with her signature “I can do it!” attitude. One of her favorite adventures? Grabbing a snack from the Honda coffee bar (because every star needs fuel!) before heading off to the Lily Pad playroom.

Hire Date 2/17/1984 – Genny was born and raised in Austin, and after earning her degree in Finance and Spanish at Southern Methodist University in Dallas, she returned to Austin to work in investment banking. After two years, she decided to join the family business and split her time between several of our dealerships. Genny enjoys spending time with her teddy bear of a husband, their three children James, Margot, and Reese, and their three dogs. You might recognize her, she’s the girl jogging around the neighborhood, pushing a stroller with one hand and holding two dogs with the other. Her favorite things in life are James, Margot, and Reese, who love coming to the dealerships to smile and say “hi!” to everyone.
Hire Date 9/8/2015 – James’ first day on the job was just one week after being born, making him Continental Automotive Group’s youngest employee ever. He’s been voted “Cutest Employee Ever” and gets his daily dose of caffeine at Austin Subaru’s coffee bar. Now that James is in school, his presence has decreased, but he still attends monthly management meetings to stay up-to-date on dealership operations. He’ll be the one sweeping the floors, pulling parts, and detailing cars during his teens. So say hi!
Hire Date 5/22/2017 – Margot weighed only 5 lbs on her first day of work. Like her older brother James, she enjoys greeting customers at Austin Subaru’s coffee bar and cruising around the showroom.

Hire Date 9/13/2021 – Jason is from Spring Branch, Texas. He’s brand new to the automotive world, but he comes with over 10 years of IT experience! Jason enjoys collecting action figures, making unboxing videos for youtube, and finding all kinds of great pasta dishes – spaghetti, lasagna, tortellini… you name it! Jason also likes playing games like Monster Hunter Stories 2 on his Nintendo Switch and is always down to watch any of Luc Besson’s movies. FUN FACT: Jason spent time traveling through China while learning all about the Ming dynasty.
Hire Date 08/26/2025 – Bailey has been working in the automotive industry since 2019, following in the footsteps of his dad and brother, who are both managers in the business. He’s always looked up to his pops and knew he wanted to build a career in the same field. One of his favorite parts of the job is getting to meet new people every day. Outside of work, Bailey enjoys spending time with his fiancée and their two dogs—Beva, a German Shepherd, and Ginger, a Shepherd mix. He’s also a big fan of video games, whether that’s jumping into something new on the PS5 or revisiting classics on the PS2. His all-time favorite is the Tekken series. When it comes to sports, Bailey proudly roots for the Houston Texans. They’ve been his favorite team since childhood, and he’ll always stand by his belief that J.J. Watt is the greatest defensive end of all time. His biggest hero, though, is Kobe Bryant. Watching Kobe’s relentless determination to be the best—both on and off the court—has been a constant source of inspiration in Bailey’s life.
Hire Date 3/31/2021 – Michael is a local guy who went to school in Del Valle. He’s always had a passion for cars and the technology behind them. Michael enjoys spending his free time watching videos about cars, running the boardwalk at Lady Bird Lake, and grabbing coffee from Summermoon everyday. He’d recommend trying out the fish burrito from Cabo Bob’s as well as the crawfish at Shoal Creek Saloon. One day, Michael would like to attend Tomorrowland in Belgium and be able to scratch that goal off of his bucket list. Apart from Belgium, Michael is interested in checking out the pacific northwest, like Washington and Oregon. National Parks, like Yellowstone, and famous lakes, like Lake Tahoe, are also very high on his list. He’s yet to leave Texas, but has the drive to explore!

Hire Date 10/6/2015 – Scott was born in Corpus Christi. He grew up in Spring, TX and moved to Austin in 2004. He’s a huge hockey fan (Go Dallas Stars!!!) and has been playing for about 15 years. He loves music as well, and has been playing drums for 10 years, and guitar for the last couple years. He has a pitbull named Lady (short for Ladybug). He considers himself pretty outgoing and thinks his sense of humor is pretty decent. If he were to visit anywhere, it would be Vancouver, BC. Mystery movies are his favorite genre to watch, and his favorite movie is Alaska. He owns his own Subaru, so he thought Austin Subaru would be the perfect place for him to be.
Hire Date 4/4/2022 – Jonathan comes to us from Corsicana, Texas. His favorite thing about Austin is how much it embraces the music, film, and art scene. While this is his first time working in the automotive industry, he has been working in the IT field for over 8 years! In his free time, Jonathan enjoys backcountry hiking, mountain biking, concerts and spending time with his family. Jonathan says Moody Theater is the best music venue in Austin and dreams of seeing Odesza there. While Austin is known for its great cuisine, Jonathan’s favorite restaurant is The Preachers Son, located in Bentonville, Arkansas. Jonathan and his wife once had the amazing opportunity to spend a week at a private resort called PlayaNix, and he says that is the best vacation he has ever been on. Hire Date 7/7/2021 – Joyce was an Airforce brat who lived all over and most recently moved to Central Texas from Louisiana. Around Austin, Joyce is enraptured by the overall diversity of the city. She’s no stranger to the automotive world and has been enjoying her time in the field since 1988. Outside of work, Joyce enjoys spending time with her family and her dogs, going for bike rides, and planning her next trip to the beach with her family. Some of her favorite memories have been made at the beach with them. At home, Joyce revels in quality time with her two dogs, a Malamute and a mutt, Mavs and Penny.

Hire Date 04/18/2019 – Tiffani is from Dallas, Texas. She loves how you can do something different in each city of the DFW – however, downtown Dallas is her favorite place to visit. Tiffani’s been in the automotive industry for over ten years now and originally got into the BDC when her uncle was the GM of a dealership. Tiffani can also easily tell you that her dream car is surely a Dodge Challenger SRT Hellcat. Outside of work, Tiffani enjoys spending time with her family, reading, writing poetry, listening to music like the News Boys, making dinner plans at Benihanas, and taking her kids on adventures just about every weekend. She’d love to travel to Jamaica and Trinidad to see her family there, and also fondly recalls one of the best trips she ever went on was visiting her grandmother in New York. Tiffani was able to experience the mix of cultural cuisines there, such as Caribbean, Cuban, and Indian, and she was able to try out the subways and go shopping, too! Hire Date 9/15/1999 – Lori is a native Austinite with a long career in the automotive industry. She spent 17 years with BMW before coming to CAG over 11 years ago. Lori says that working here is wonderful, and she is very grateful to be working for the best employer in Austin. Lori has been riding motorcycles all her life, and on the weekends she enjoys riding her Harley and going to motorcycle rallies. Lori also spends time at home watching her two favorite television shows: The Biggest Loser and Survivor.
Hire Date 4/14/2020 – Brian is from Washington, DC, and has been in the automotive world since 2005. Brian is a fan of Japan for not only its cars, but also its culture. When he’s not working, Brian enjoys playing video games like Final Fantasy on his PS4. He’s seen Gladiator too many times, listened to Wet Sand by Red Hot Chili Peppers more than any other song, and he roots for the Washington Redskins! At home, Brian also has a cat named Zelda.
Hire Date 1/2/2025 – Trenton is originally from Madison, WI. He joined the auto industry over 5 years ago because he’s always loved cars and the culture surrounding it, and he’s been with Subaru the whole time. In his free time, Trenton likes going to concerts, watching live stand-up comedy shows, growing houseplants, and exploring new coffee spots. One of his favorite things about Austin is the amount of live music and comedy shows in the city. Damian has been a vegetarian for almost 6 years, so he likes to find new ways to cook traditional dishes that fit his diet! Damian has a globe at home and it’s his dream to spin it, close his eyes, point his finger and go wherever it lands. Hire Date 7/1/2015 – Joshua is from Barbados! He’s been in the automotive field since 2015 and his favorite part of the job is that he gets to do something different every day. That’s not a day that goes by where he doesn’t get to learn something new–and Joshua loves expanding his knowledge! Anytime he’s not working, Joshua enjoys cooking meals–especially prime-grade ribeyes, roasted potatoes, and asparagus–for family & friends, rooting for the Texas Longhorns, and watching Formula One races. In fact, if he could invite anyone to dinner, he’d choose Australian F1 driver, Daniel Ricciardo. Someday, he’s also like to watch an F1 race at the Circuit de Spa-Francorchamps track in Stavelot, Belgium. One of the best vacations Joshua ever experienced was in 2019 when he was able to make a trip back home to Barbados, and show his wife his homeland and all of the beauty there. Joshua is thankful to his grandma who raised him to always help others, no matter the circumstances. Joshua does his best to honor her by living his life with that idea in mind. At home, Daniel has two little pups, Rocko and Chihuahua/terrier mix and Daisy, a Yorkie/Maltese mix.
Hire Date 09/23/2025 – Jorge was born in Zimapan, Hidalgo, Mexico, and moved to Austin with his family when he was nine years old—he’s been an Austinite ever since! In his free time, he enjoys going to the gym, cruising around the city, hitting up downtown ATX with friends, and spending time at Zilker Park with his dogs. Jorge shares his life with three dogs named Oso, Chico, and Bobby, and a cat named Milo. His current favorite band is TV Girl, with songs like “Lover Back,” “Not Allowed,” “Cigarettes on the Window,” and “Song About Me” topping his playlist. Jorge is also a gamer, with Elden Ring and Stellar Blade on the PS5 among his favorites.

Hire Date 11/2/2021 – Liz moved to Austin from San Francisco. She enjoys working in the automotive field, as it’s been a positive experience since she’s been a part of it. Outside of work, Liz enjoys watching movies, cooking, cleaning, playing video games like Super Nintendo and Super Mario, finding great spots for Indian food and sushi, and playing around with her pets – Randy and Vern, her two cats, and a bearded dragon named Princes Mushu. Around Austin, Liz likes to relax and take in the scenes at the lakes and rivers. When it comes to travel, Liz would like to visit Machu Picchu, go anywhere that she can see the aurora borealis, and can highly recommend a stay at an all-inclusive resort in Cancun, Mexico. She originally moved to Texas to go to grad school at Texas State, then moved away to Mississippi for a brief 3 years before coming back to Austin in November 2020. In Austin, Julie likes that there is a constant variety of things to do, like the ability to have brunch downtown, hang out on the water, or get lost in the woods – all on the same day. An endless amount of things to do, food to eat, and sights to see! Her favorite movie is A Walk to Remember and her favorite sports teams are the New York Giants and all of the teams at Mississippi State University. In her free time, Julie likes working out, biking, hiking, reading, and playing with her golden retriever/German shepherd mix, Gracie. Hire Date 8/21/2017 – Clayton was born and raised in the San Antonio area, and moved to Austin in February 2016. In his free time, he enjoys playing video games on his PS4 and sometimes his PC. He’s really looking forward to Destiny 2! Clayton used to spend a fair amount of time bouldering (indoor rock climbing) at places like Austin Bouldering Project and Crux Climbing Center. His top goal on his bucket list is to go to space, but not as an astronaut, and have “crazy amounts of money” is a close second. You could say that they go hand-in-hand. Hire Date 10/9/2007 – For the past six plus years Antonia has used her talents to keep the Subaru showroom beautiful. Antonia has lived in Austin for over 14 years and has been married to her husband Noe for 15 years. Antonia and Noe, who works at another one of our CAG locations, have a son in elementary school and a teenage daughter. On the weekends Antonia will spend time in the park and go out to clubs to dance. The family also enjoys traveling to Mexico to visit their relatives.

Hire Date 8/3/2000 – A long time veteran of Austin Subaru, Billy is the second highest rated Subaru technician in the United States. Billy remembers seeing the 1992 Subaru SVX and falling in love with the car maker. However, it is the cars’ dependability that has kept him hooked. Billy encourages customers to test drive their Subarus in bad weather and says that, if you keep oil and water in a Subaru, it will run forever. Billy currently owns five Subarus and has also given them to both his parents and children. Billy and his wife Keri were married over seven years ago in the famous Little White Wedding Chapel on the Las Vegas strip. They have two children and live on fives acres in Copeland with their horse, Big Dog. Billy has been known to drive his riding lawnmower to the local convenience store.* * video coming soon. Billy has many certifications including: ASE Master Technician, ASE L1 Certified, and Sr. Master Subaru Technician. Billy participated in the 2007 Subaru National Technician Competition and took 2nd place, and he also participated in the same competition in 2011, where he won and moved on to the 2011 Subaru International Technician Competition held in Japan, where he took 4th place!

Cars have always been a big part of his life, partially due to his father owning a repair shop all his life and having two brothers who are mechanics. Andrew’s decision to follow the same path as his family was set in stone after visiting Circuit of the Americas and experiencing the world of motorsports. Andrew currently has two project cars: a 2002 Honda S2000 that he likes to drive on the weekends, with the occasional track day, and also a 1992 Accura Intesra GSR that he has driven to Seattle and back for a road trip. His current dream is to visit Antigua, Guatemala to experience the beautiful culture of the town. He would also like to hike Acatenango and see his first volcano eruption. Andrew’s favorite movie is Ford vs Ferrari. At home, he has two dogs, Buddy and Louie, and one cat, Suki.
Hire Date 07/01/2023 – Johnathan hails from Atlanta, Georgia. While he didn’t officially start working in automotive until 2011, this business has always been a huge part of his life. His father has been operating a used car dealership since the early ’90s, and from a very early age, Johnathan began learning the ropes and gaining hands-on experience. The automotive world has always felt like a natural path for him and he couldn’t imagine doing anything else! In his free time, Johnathan is an avid Pickleball player. He loves this game because it offers a challenge and has a fast-paced nature, but it’s also a great way to unwind and it fosters camaraderie among players. She’s been in the automotive world for a while as Ashley was used to the idea of the car business thanks to her Grandpa, who had owned a few used car lots when she was growing up. She is very close to her family. Ashley misses her Tita who passed away and she idolizes her nana who never gave up, always took care of her family, and always showed unconditional love. Through these examples, Ashley has the best outlook and support for her own children, Liam Ryder and Leila Rose. Hire Date 08/07/2024 – Aubrey was born and raised in Michigan. She grew up on the lakes and decided to head south to Austin in July of 2024. Her favorite things about Austin are how welcoming all the people are and all of the cool opportunities the city has to offer! Aubrey comes from a small town, so it’s great how many wonderful places Austin has to explore, and the lakes make her feel at home. Ricardo has lived in Austin for more than eight years and says that he and his family enjoy it much more than Houston, although they often return to Houston to visit relatives. She originally started out as a cashier & filling clerk and even though she spent some time away, the automotive world just called out to her-so here she is! Taylor’s heroes are his parents. They’re the most loving people he knows and they help keep him level. When it comes to sports, Taylor roots for the Longhorns and the Cowboys. At home, Taylor has three dogs – Mathis, Jinx, and Q – and one cat named Weasley.
Hire Date 12/13/2021 – Cindy is from a little mountain town in Pennsylvania called Mifflintown, but she has lived in Texas for a while now. After earning her Bachelor of Fine Arts in Theatre from Midwestern State University, Cindy moved to Texas Tech University to become certified in teaching. After over 20 years as an educator, she’s thrilled to be part of the Austin Subaru family. Her favorite thing about Austin would have to be the beautiful hidden hills and the fact that this is a great community for artists. Being in Austin also means you’re not far from virtually any style of cuisine, which is a bonus. Cindy is passionate about theatre and music, and her top two favorite genres are Show tunes and Classic rock. Her top picks are Hamilton, The Princess Bride, What’s Eating Gilbert Grape, Forrest Gump, The Man in the Iron Mask, and A Few Good Men. At home, Cindy has a Black Lab/Australian Shepherd Mix named Myla (aka Myla Mae or Mylita Chiquita Perrita Bonita) and two cats, Gomez and Morticia, who are from the same litter. In her spare time, Cindy loves being with her friends and family, traveling, doing anything theatre-related, working on arts and crafts, reading, and riding her e-bike on beautiful trails. Cindy and her family often visit Colorado, which she loves, but one of her most memorable vacations was a tour she took through Italy from Venice to Rome. Cindy’s goal is to travel to as many new places as possible, and Scotland and Ireland are the two countries she plans on visiting next. If she could have dinner with anyone, Cindy would choose Whoopi Goldberg.

A consummate accountant, she is from Robstown, Texas, graduated from Texas State, and has lived in Austin for nine years. She works out regularly and describes her style as straightforward. She takes the TV show Ghost Whisperer quite seriously and is overcoming an unfounded fear of non-physical spirits.

She loves animals of all species owning multiple cats, a Lab named Tippy, a Uromastyx named Remus and a 75 gallon fish tank. Traveling is one of the many things Emilio enjoys doing, and his favorite vacation thus far has been when he visited Monterrey, Mexico. Hire Date 8/3/2020 – Ayron has spent his entire life in Texas–and has been in Austin specifically, since 2002. Ayron came to Austin Subaru with 25 years of customer service experience and we’re thankful he decided to become a part of our Subaru family. Austin has been a great choice for him and his family due to the culture and amenities of most large cities, coupled with the fact that it still holds on to the small-town feel. Not to mention, you can drive just 30 minutes in almost any direction to be engulfed in nature, too. In Austin, Ayron enjoys getting a bite to eat at The Beer Plant and catching a show at The Mohawk. His musical interests span from punk rock and hip hop to Americana and jazz, and he’s thankful he’s in the right place to hear all of it. In his free time, Ayron likes to flip through stacks of vinyls at record stores, play ice hockey, hangout with Mavis, the family labradoodle, and spend time with his wife and two daughters, especially down at the coast! One day, Ayron and his family would like to trace back their roots and explore South America and The Netherlands together. If he could invite anyone to dinner, he’d choose Noam Chomsky! While he’s a loyal fan of his hometown Los Angeles Dodgers, he’s fully embraced the Austin lifestyle—especially the city’s diverse food scene and the variety of cultures you can find through its local eats. Most of Kyle’s time outside of work is focused on family; he loves spending quality time with his fiancé and their four dogs: Uno, Choco, Chula, and Canela. Between the great food and a full house, Kyle is definitely making the most of life in Austin!

Emilio’s favorite vacation getaway is going to Port Aransas with his whole family and staying in a beach house, and he roots for the Texas Longhorns.
Hire Date 5/15/2017 – Renee is originally from El Paso, TX but moved to the Austin area in 2010. In her spare time, she loves listening to music – she’s a big K-Pop fan! – watching movies and tv shows, and catching up on some z’s. She also loves spending time with her pup, Maze, who’s half husky and half german shepherd. Because of her love of K-Pop and her fascination with the culture, Renee would love to visit South Korea. Everything she’s seen of South Korea is so beautiful and it would be a dream to see it in person and try all the delicious food. She would also love to experience the magic of Disney World and Universal Studios one day. Wizarding World of Harry Potter, here she comes! Renee used to be a barista, so she’s serious about her coffee. She drinks at least one cup of coffee a day, but she’ll also mix it up with some hot or iced tea throughout the day. FUN FACT: Renee went to her first K-Pop concert on October 8, 2022 and her second K-Pop concert on January 11, 2023. They were for different K-Pop groups. It was an unforgettable experience and she’s hoping to go to more concerts in the future.

Hire Date 03/24/2025 – Ray is a born-and-raised Austinite who loves staying active with his family. In his free time, you’ll find him coaching his son’s baseball team, watching his daughter perform in the marching band and color guard, enjoying family game nights, or out fishing. Ray’s best vacation so far was a trip to Las Vegas, but if he could travel anywhere next, Spain is at the top of his list. He’s a big movie fan, especially the entire Star Wars universe—with The Empire Strikes Back holding a special place in his heart. When it comes to sports, Ray roots for the Green Bay Packers, as well as the Longhorns, Astros, and Spurs.
Hire Date 09/09/2024 – Connor was born in Austin and lived there most of his life, but now lives in Kyle, TX. Connor is a big fan of Formula 1; he’s still getting into more of the technical part of the sport, but it’s fun to watch. He is also big on archery, and he’s been doing it since he was 14 years old. There are many bands Connor likes, but Linkin Park and Crown the Empire are two of his favorites! The best vacation he’s ever been on was a road trip to California to see the last Warped Tour in 2018. When he’s not working, watching racing, or listening to music, you can probably find Connor gaming. He’s into first person shooter games and some massively multiplayer online games, but he mostly focuses on the game Apex Legends, where he’s huge on ranked play. He has also slowly been getting into Once Human, which has a slow pace but a fun open world concept.

Outside of work, Chrisha enjoys watching movies, cooking up new recipes, trying out new restaurants around town (especially for seafood), hanging out with friends, rooting for the Cowboys, and spending time with her pitbull, King. Dear Mama by Tupac is one of her most played songs, and if she had the opportunity to have dinner with anyone, she’d likely choose Tupac – or Michael B. Jordan, it’s a close tie! With previous work experience in a titling role for an insurance company, she felt like getting into the title side of things within the automotive industry would be a good move for her. Her husband is her hero as he truly works harder than anyone she knows, though she’d gladly invite Keith Urban to dinner if she could choose anyone. Adrik’s favorite thing about Austin is the city’s ability to balance lush green nature with big city life. It reminds him of his favorite parts of California. Adrik is an avid video game enthusiast. While he’s always on team PlayStation, he did build his own PC in order to take advantage of all that system has to offer. His all-time favorite game is Horizon: Zero Down. “Open world RPGs are my favorite!” As for some more favorites, Adrik’s favorite movie(s) is the Star Wars franchise. Although Disney’s creative choices aren’t great, the original and prequel trilogy will always stand the test of time! A big music fan, she finds comfort in the energy of live concerts, surrounded by people who share her passion for music. Hire Date 5/26/2016 – Cassandra started out as a receptionist for the company but always had one eye on the Marketing department. She has always loved to be creative and enjoyed showcasing her talents in drawing, sketching, and designing. When given the opportunity, she would volunteer for anything involving Macho Marketing to get her name out there. After two years of working for CAG, a position in the Marketing department opened up. They hired her on as a graphic designer, and after doing that for a number of years, she worked her way up to being Senior Design Strategist!
Hire Date 03/06/2023 – Julie is originally from La Verne, California, and she loves riding her bike and glass fusing when she’s not working. She once got to see Elton John perform at the Hollywood Bowl and says it is the best concert she has been to thus far. Julie’s favorite vacation was a trip she took to Sanibel Island before the hurricane hit, and she one day hopes to visit Iceland so she can see Aurora Borealis up close. Julie’s favorite thing about Austin is definitely the Wizard Academy – she has gotten to watch it grow over the last several years and tries to donate her time/money as often as possible. Hire Date 4/7/2020 – Mark was born in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, and has spent the last 30 years in Austin. Mark loves that you can never be bored in Austin and that it’s the most wonderfully eclectic city with so much live music and so many performances. With over 20 years in the automotive world, he truly enjoys helping people get into a great vehicle that meets their needs. When he’s not working, Mark enjoys painting, wood crafting, biking, traveling, and spending time with his family. All of his family are all his heroes through the way they support and lift him every day. Mark states that his life would be empty without his loving wife, two sons and daughters-in-law, his parents, and his four wonderful grandchildren. Hire Date 10/24/2011 – Steve Carter was born in Kings Lynn, United Kingdom and describes himself as an Army brat. Steve moved to Austin in 1979 from Baltimore for music and his dream came true! In his spare time, he enjoys playing music and being with his wife, Mary, and two kids, Graham and Mina. If he could meet anyone, dead or alive, that person would be Julius Caesar. If he was on a deserted island the five albums he would have for entertainment would be: “Pet Sounds” by The Beach Boys, “The Band” by The Band, “Sergeant Pepper’s Lonely Hearts Club Band” by The Beatles, Frank Sinatra “Live,” and his solo CD. Steve is described as funny, caring, and compassionate. He’s met Bob Marley and has played music with Willie Nelson, Merle Haggard, Stevie Ray Vaughn, J.J. Cale, and Leon Russell, among many others. Hire Date 10/04/12 – Isaac was born in Greenbay, WI, and yes, he is a Packers fan and owner, as are his kids. He has lived in San Diego, Phoenix, Virginia, Philly, D.C., Delaware and Maryland. In the fall of 2004 he met the woman who would become his wife on a campaign trip to Beaumont, TX. After spending the summer of 2005 in Maryland, his wife could no longer stand to be away from the Great State of Texas. That fall, his family moved to her hometown of Beaumont with the intent of coming to Austin in a year for Isaac to pursue graduate studies at UT. Hurricane Rita upped that timetable and the family came to Austin in January 2006. Isaac found that, opposite of what he was told, public transportation here is pretty much non-existent, so he decided to look for work where the cars are. His family is everything to him and he feels blessed to have a wonderful wife, three beautiful children, two rescued dogs (Wubby and BO-C), three rescued cats (Piper, Odamae, and Scampi), and one rabbit who is black, but is named Gray Bunny. Isaac is the only non-native Texan in his family but did get here as soon as he could.

Hire Date 08/26/2025 – Bailey has been working in the automotive industry since 2019, following in the footsteps of his dad and brother, who are both managers in the business. He’s always looked up to his pops and knew he wanted to build a career in the same field. One of his favorite parts of the job is getting to meet new people every day. Outside of work, Bailey enjoys spending time with his fiancée and their two dogs—Beva, a German Shepherd, and Ginger, a Shepherd mix. He’s also a big fan of video games, whether that’s jumping into something new on the PS5 or revisiting classics on the PS2. His all-time favorite is the Tekken series. When it comes to sports, Bailey proudly roots for the Houston Texans. They’ve been his favorite team since childhood, and he’ll always stand by his belief that J.J. Watt is the greatest defensive end of all time. His biggest hero, though, is Kobe Bryant. Watching Kobe’s relentless determination to be the best—both on and off the court—has been a constant source of inspiration in Bailey’s life.

Michael enjoys spending his free time watching videos about cars, running the boardwalk at Lady Bird Lake, and grabbing coffee from Summermoon everyday. He’d recommend trying out the fish burrito from Cabo Bob’s as well as the crawfish at Shoal Creek Saloon. One day, Michael would like to attend Tomorrowland in Belgium and be able to scratch that goal off of his bucket list. Apart from Belgium, Michael is interested in checking out the pacific northwest, like Washington and Oregon. National Parks, like Yellowstone, and famous lakes, like Lake Tahoe, are also very high on his list. He’s yet to leave Texas, but has the drive to explore!

He says he his satisfied with everything he has accomplished in life, and when he’s not working, he is spending time with his family. He loves to cook for family and friends, and his favorite food is Sea and Middle Eastern food. In the summer, he likes to travel and explore the world. He likes baseball, and his favorite team is the Yankees. The best place he’s ever visited is Turkey, and one day he would like to visit Jerusalem.

Hire Date 8/3/2020 – Ayron has spent his entire life in Texas–and has been in Austin specifically, since 2002. Ayron came to Austin Subaru with 25 years of customer service experience and we’re thankful he decided to become a part of our Subaru family. Austin has been a great choice for him and his family due to the culture and amenities of most large cities, coupled with the fact that it still holds on to the small-town feel. Not to mention, you can drive just 30 minutes in almost any direction to be engulfed in nature, too. In Austin, Ayron enjoys getting a bite to eat at The Beer Plant and catching a show at The Mohawk. His musical interests span from punk rock and hip hop to Americana and jazz, and he’s thankful he’s in the right place to hear all of it. Mark loves that you can never be bored in Austin and that it’s the most wonderfully eclectic city with so much live music and so many performances. With over 20 years in the automotive world, he truly enjoys helping people get into a great vehicle that meets their needs. When he’s not working, Mark enjoys painting, wood crafting, biking, traveling, and spending time with his family. All of his family are all his heroes through the way they support and lift him every day. Mark states that his life would be empty without his loving wife, two sons and daughters-in-law, his parents, and his four wonderful grandchildren. Hire Date 03/12/2024 – In Michael’s free time, he enjoys spending time outdoors with family. Some of the things they like doing together are hiking, camping, overlanding, fishing, and hunting. On top of that, Michael loves to travel. The best trip he’s been on was to Oaxaca, Mexico with his wife and friends. They had a great time eating the local cuisine, exploring historical sites, shopping in lively markets, and meeting wonderful people. He’s looking forward to going back soon! Another place he and his wife love going is Napa, CA to explore the local wine. They find something new everytime they go. When it comes to sports, Michael is a huge Formula 1 fan. Hire Date 05/20/2024 – Chris moved to Austin back in 1981 when he was just 6 years old! His favorite thing about Austin is the lakes and wakeboarding on them in the summer time. When he’s not working, Chris enjoys spending time in the pool with his daughter, Kalliope, his wife, Karina, and their dog, Bella. The best vacation Chris has been on was to Roatán, Honduras, where he and his wife got married. They got to fire a pirate cannon together! When it comes to sports, Chris roots for the Dallas Cowboys. Hire Date 6/14/2021 – Shelby is from Austintown, Ohio. She feels at home being apart of the Austin Subaru family thanks to her loves of her Subaru BRZ and all things Japan! You can find her attending car meets in her customized BRZ and playing video games like Destiny, COD, and Pokémon games across her preferred gaming consoles: Xbox Series X and Nintendo Switch. In 2021, Shelby and her brother were able to attend one of the coolest car shows out there, Slammedenuff Gatlinburg in Tennessee, which featured countless fantastically modded vehicles. One day, Shelby plans to travel to Japan during the cherry blossom season to experience the scenery during that time of year, as well as getting to take in some of the culture that she admires first hand. She’s passionate about many things that originated in Japan, so she’s looking forward to visiting a lot of places that are related to her interests, and that are only in Japan! FUN FACT: Shelby also has a leopard gecko named Navi, and back in Ohio, she has a sweet husky named Kodiak.

Hire Date 12/2/2024 – Andrew has been working in the auto industry for 6 years and counting. Cars have always been a big part of his life, partially due to his father owning a repair shop all his life and having two brothers who are mechanics. Andrew’s decision to follow the same path as his family was set in stone after visiting Circuit of the Americas and experiencing the world of motorsports. Andrew currently has two project cars: a 2002 Honda S2000 that he likes to drive on the weekends, with the occasional track day, and also a 1992 Accura Intesra GSR that he has driven to Seattle and back for a road trip. His current dream is to visit Antigua, Guatemala to experience the beautiful culture of the town. He would also like to hike Acatenango and see his first volcano eruption. Andrew’s favorite movie is Ford vs Ferrari. At home, he has two dogs, Buddy and Louie, and one cat, Suki.
Hire Date 08/05/2024 – Saul was born here in Austin, TX, then moved to El Paso for several years before returning home to Austin! Saul loves 80s music, but his top 3 bands would have to be The Smiths, The Cure, and Depeche Mode. His favorite football team is the Chicago Bears. His dad was raised in Chicago and he passed down the love for the team onto Saul. Saul enjoys playing single player video games on his PS5 and PC, especially the Resident Evil series. Saul and his girlfriend have two husky-malamute mixes at home named Luna and Titan.
Hire Date 1/15/2014 – Christopher’s life began in Bitburg, Germany. He lived in Europe for a total of 7 years and moved to Austin, Texas in January 2014. Complimenting his love for speed and cars his favorite sport is Formula 1. Christopher has a wonderful wife named Miriam and two awesome cats, Carl and Claus. He is an Air Force Vet and was a civilian contractor in Afghanistan working as an MRAP mechanic. This gave him tremendous training in repairing vehicles.

A big music fan, she finds comfort in the energy of live concerts, surrounded by people who share her passion for music. Araya’s hero is her dad—an inspiring businessman with an incredible work ethic who has taught her to make the best out of any situation. She brings that same mindset to everything she does! At home, she has a sweet Great Dane mix named Luke Skywalker, whom she rescued as a stray. And when it’s time to unwind, nothing beats rewatching her favorite movie, All Dogs Go to Heaven.

At home, Diana loves to spend time with her son–a Jack Russell terrier mix–named Timmy, and her chameleon, a grumpy guy named Reptar.
Hire Date 3/25/2019 – Yoli was born in Georgetown and raised in Round Rock. She loves spending her time hiking, camping, being outdoors, cooking and baking. She’s quite the foodie, and even has her own foodie bucket list of all the restaurants that she wants to try. Yoli and her husband, Miguel, enjoy cuddling up with the family and watching movies at home, trying new foods together, joy riding in their “la fea” ’97 Subaru Impreza 2.5, and doing anything that gets their adrenaline up! In fact, Yoli has a fear of the water, but she also really loves to canoe and kayak! She and her husband are both car enthusiasts, especially Subaru lovers, and they own 5 cars–4 Subarus, and 1 odd-man-out American make. She’s always been interested in cars and says that the older, more simple cars with quaint interiors hold a special place in her heart. Some of Yoli’s biggest passions in life are budgeting and crunching numbers to save for her dream home, doing her best to make sure that her family is a zero food waste household, and producing the least amount of trash-waste possible by recycling as much as they possibly can. Overall, Yoli is thrilled to be a part of the family-orientated team here at Austin Subaru where she says it truly is “very Austiny.”
Hire Date 4/16/2022 – Santiago is originally from New Orleans, Louisiana. His favorite movie is Almost Famous. Santiago graduated from the University of Texas at Austin in 2023, and majored in RTF (radio, television, film)! Santi has a deep love and passion for all things music. His future goals include becoming a music agent for the next Wu-Tang Clan or Motley Crue. Santi has a real go-getter mindset when it comes to getting environmental claims handled. The only thing he is more passionate about than handling claims, is heckling and hounding his managers… and Tony Ochoa.
Hire Date 4/17/2017 – Brandon enjoys working out, working on cars, and wandering around the greater Austin area with his friends. He’s a huge fan of stand up comedy and loves a good joke overall. Brandon also spends a fair amount of time with his English bulldog, Behr, who he says is “the biggest squish.” Brandon is passionate about Subarus and enjoys helping the Subaru guests at Austin Subaru.
